Old National ranked No. 2 in the category of large banks with more than $10 billion in assets, and No. 50 overall. ONB is featured in the August 29th issue of American Banker magazine.
In addressing Old National’s inclusion on its Best Banks list, American Banker noted the company’s ONe Wish program, which offers associates the opportunity to nominate their co-workers facing hardships to receive financial assistance from a special ONe Wish Fund.

Determining the Best Banks to Work For involved a two-step process. The first step consisted of evaluating each participating bank’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics, which was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of employee surveys aimed at assessing the experiences and attitudes of individual employees with respect to their workplace and was worth 75% of the total evaluation.
