Back Office Studio was created to offer an alternative to traditional leases, for individuals, remote workers, and small companies.
Back Office Studio has many membership levels. The levels range from a monthly 10-day punch pass costing $150 per month to a shared office space costing $525 per month per person. Cahoots is an upcoming co-working space intended for tech entrepreneurs. Cahoots offers space for tenants to work and socialize.

The Frontal Lobe has created a co-working environment for entrepreneurs, techies, writers, designers, software engineers, small business owners and startups. The space provides all the amenities of the office while maintaining the feel of a coffee shop.
Membership options range from a $20 day pass to a full membership costing $145 per month. Additionally, there is a membership providing a discounted rate to college students. TechLab is intended for early-stage mobility companies in the connected and autonomous vehicle industry. The typical TechLab company has already raised more than $5M dollars and has more than 15 employees.
