The WOW conference allowed the region a moment to share best talent development best practices in the region, and continue as partners along a pathway as a learning community
Results
Partners were able to gain better awareness of what best practices are working in the region to grow talent. A next step is for the region to articulate to the state what the region is doing to grow talent and where funding and legislative assistance is needed to succeed at this important and critical task.
